The term “On-Premise technology” refers to information systems and software that are deployed and used on physical computers and servers in a company’s offices or on its premises, rather than in remote cloud services. This approach allows organizations to have full control over their data and IT infrastructure.
Using on-premises technology requires a company to invest in its own hardware, software, and a staff of IT professionals to maintain and support the systems.
